IndianOil LNG Private Limited (IOLPL), a Joint Venture company of IndianOil Corporation Limited, was incorporated on 29.05.2015 under the Companies Act, 2013 for implementation of Ennore LNG Import, Storage, and Re-gasification Terminal Project of 5 MMTPA capacity with provision to expand up to 10 MMTPA with at estimated cost of Rupees 5151 Crores inside the Kamarajar Port, Chennai.
IOLPL commenced construction of the terminal in 2015 and completed/commenced operations in 2019.
