Shri Sandeep Jain holds a senior management position of Executive Director I/c (Gas) in IndianOil Corporation, largest Marketer and Refiner in India. He is a Civil Engineer from Thapar University, Patiala and completed Senior Management programme from IIM Calcutta.

He has 38+ years of vast cross-functional experience spanning every facet of the energy business with specialization in various oil industry functions, including Marketing, Business Development, Gas Business, LNG, Exports, Mergers & Acquisitions, and International Business.

He is also on the board of many subsidiary companies. Mr. Jain is Chairman, IndianOil-Adani Gas Pvt ltd (IOAGPL), which is engaged in City Gas Distribution (CGD) business; Chairman of IndianOil LNG Pvt Ltd (IOLPL), a JV managing 5MMTPA LNG Regassification Terminal in India and also Chairman in Beximco IOC Petroleum & Energy Pvt. Limited, a JV of IndianOil in Bangladesh besides on Board of IOC Middle East, Dubai and IndOil Montney (IML) an upstream venture of IndianOil in Canada. He is also a nominee Director of GSPL India Gasnet ltd. (GIGL) & GSPL India Transco ltd. (GITL) engaged in natural gas transportation. He is also Co-chair of Hydrocarbon Committee in PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry in India.

He has also authored a book titled “The Crusader Files”, which has been launched in August 2023 by Padma Bhushan Awardee Dr. Kirit S. Parikh.

Shri Gagan Deep Singh Kohli is a Commerce Graduate and Cost and Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). He is in the whole-time employment with Indian Oil Corporation limited since 1990 and is presently holding the position of Executive Director (Finance) in Business Development Group of Corporate Office of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

He has rich experience of over 35 years in the fields of Financial Management, Banking, Product, Management Accounting and Business Finance. He was the team lead from Indian Oil to usher in SAP Payroll and Employee Self Services, an SAP based change platform which revolutionized the employee payments mechanism in the organization. He has been involved in restructuring of the finance discipline of Marketing Division with a view to optimizing the manpower utilization. He has held important positions in various offices and has attended prestigious Senior Management Programs conducted by Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and Kolkata. He was earlier on the Board of Indian Oil Mauritius Limited. He is also presently on the Board of IndianOil GPS Renewables Pvt Ltd, IndianOil Montney Ltd, Canada, Mercator Petroleum Limited, Terra Clean Ever Enviro Pvt Ltd and IEPOL, Oman.

Widely travelled and an avid reader, Mr. Kohli has a keen interest in value creation for the stakeholders through his contribution to the vital finance function.

Shri Lalit Kumar Jha is a distinguished member of the Board of Directors at IndianOil LNG Private Limited, nominated by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). He is an accomplished Electrical and Electronics Engineer, having graduated from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, with a Silver Medal in 1989.

He joined in Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Pipelines Division in January 1991. With over 34 years of extensive experience, Shri Jha has demonstrated exceptional expertise in the fields of operations, maintenance, project management, construction, offshore facilities, and materials & contracts management. His professional journey within IOCL’s Pipelines Division encompasses crude oil, product, and gas pipelines, spanning all regions across India.

Currently serving as the Executive Director and Regional Head of Southern Region Pipelines at IOCL, Shri Jha oversees the operations and construction of the region’s product and gas pipeline networks, as well as the City Gas Distribution (CGD) business. Shri Jha has participated in numerous high-profile seminars and conferences and has successfully completed advanced Cutting-Edge programs and hybrid certifications in project management, including international modules. He is also a Board Member of Kochi Salem Pipeline Private Limited (KSPPL), a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.

Shri Anuj Bhargava is Director of IOLPL nominated by ICICI Bank Limited. He has graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai. He has done schooling from Sherwood College, Nainital. He completed his Chartered Accountancy in May 1998. He began his career with ICICI Limited as a Management Trainee in 1998 and has thereon successfully risen through the ranks by handling multidimensional assignments in the bank group companies over last 21 years. He is presently working as Head – Global Clients Group, Multi-National Companies(MNC) & Public Sector Undertaking(PSU).  He handles an exposure of more than $20.00 billion spread across almost 1000+ clients.

John Band has 30 years experience of the Indian Financial Markets and is Vice-Chairman of Batlivala & Karani Securities India Pvt Ltd and Chairman of Nextenders (India) Pvt. Ltd. John has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University and is an FCA from ICAEW.

Shri. S. Senthil Kumar is Director of IndianOil LNG Private Limited (IOLPL) nominated by Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (TIDCO). He is an Engineer and working as Senior General Manager in TIDCO since 1999. Previously, he has worked as Executive Director in TIDEL Park Ltd during 2021. He has started his career as Engineer in Public Works Department in 1989; as Planning, Executive & Commissioning Engineer in BHEL between 1991-95; Senior Design Engineer in Madras Fertilizers Ltd., from 1995- 1998; He has a pivotal role in the development of Projects, implementation of Projects, and Commissioning at various locations. he has wide exposure of over 33 years in the fields of various Projects.

He has also been nominated in other JV Companies of TIDCO and attends Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings and NRC & other Committee meetings.
